A prayer of protection through the night – Acknowledging God’s Presence Psalm 103

I feel the Lord has laid a message upon my heart tonight for reasons that are unknown to me, but God knows why. If one turns on the TV or reads the newspaper it doesn’t take long for a feeling of hopelessness to take over one’s spirit because of all of the chaos in the world.

Let me tell you something and give you some Hope! Our God is not a God of chaos. He is a God that is in total control, and order, immovable, unshakable, a constant without beginning or end.

Don’t let the devil and his shenanigans of chaos, lies, and shadows shake or cause you to fear. The devil is so small, as a matter of fact, and you can find it in the Bible.

Those who see you stare at you (satan), and they ponder your fate: “Is this the man who shook the earth and made kingdoms tremble? We’ll gaze upon him one day in wonder of how someone so small could cause such chaos in the world.

Our God is Greater, Stronger, and much more Powerful. All one has to do is read the book and see who wins in the end. Be strong and of good courage, you followers of the Lord. Our God doesn’t sleep nor does He slumber. He is on His throne and His Son Jesus Christ our Lord and advocate sits at the very near right hand of his Father; Alive and Well…

Heavenly Father;
I ask that You bind those evil forces of shadow who are bent on doing us harm. Your word tells to run to You and to cry Abba Father! Your word tells us that You are our defender! Cause us to lit up our eyes to the mountains where our help comes from. You Father are and have always been that ever-present help in times of trouble. I call upon You, on the behalf of others in need of You and Your Great Power! This prayer I pray in the precious name of Your Son Jesus Christ. ~Amen~ and let it be so…
