Hebrews 11

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”

Our senses . . . Our Faith

So much moisture in the air this morning . . . Last night, in our area, we could see the lightning’s energy and hear the thunderstorms. There was rain very very close but we couldn’t see it.

I was up at six to exercise. Nate got up as I was finishing. He often says that he can feel my energy waves when I am awake. This morning as I am trying to be the quietest so I didn’t disturb him . . . He gets up and says, “You know how I can tell you’re up . . . I can smell you” . . . “. . . essential oils.”

One of our favorite things to do in the morning is visit with each other, have devotions, watch the sun come up and watch the many different birds at the bird feeder.

The other day the bird feeder had about an 2 inches in the bottom but the birds couldn’t see it. They looked at us like . . . Why are you sitting there when we have no food.

Our senses . . . the energy of God’s presence, even when we can’t see Him or see the seed that He has given us . . .
