In His Hands! – In His Time
A precious Facebook friend recently shared this poem with Julie and me. It struck me profoundly, particularly in light of the current health emergency, and how we are responsibly responding with social distancing measures.
Being apart hurts! For the redeemed in Christ, we are born again to be in fellowship, and lively and close communication. When it’s best to remain physically distant, our souls suffer. A fitting verse in II Peter 3:11, encourages the faithful to “be in all holy conversation and godliness.” It’s good for the soul! It’s also from the Lord.
We are on the Lord’s Hands. He has chosen us in Jesus Christ. As the Apostle John experienced in Revelation 1:17, “And he laid his right and upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last.”
It truly depends upon whose hands we are in. We are certainly in, and on, God’s hands. As we face an uncertain tomorrow, depend upon the Hand of God to lead us safely toward fellowship with Him in eternal life. Depend upon it!

Two fish and 5 loaves of bread in Jesus’ hands will feed thousands
It depends whose hands it’s in
Nails in my hands might produce a birdhouse
Nails in Jesus Christ’s hands will produce salvation for the entire world.
It depends whose hands it’s in
As you see now it depends whose hands it’s in. So put your concerns, your worries, your fears, your hopes, your dreams, your families and your relationships in God’s hands because……. it depends whose hands it’s in.
