1 Peter 3:7
Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
“IS CHIVALRY DEAD”
Someone asked if Chivalry dead? What is Chivalry . . . Not a Knight in Shining Armor . . . But actually, Codes of Conduct which are sets of behavioral codes which have “Honor” in common. Chivalry has Honor Codes which separate us humans from the “Animal World” . . . And is not limited to “One Gender”.
On a scale of 1 – 10, I want to strive for a Chivalrous relationship to be a 10.
Someone ask me, “What a 10 was for me”? Guess that’s a fair question.
***** A Soul Mate . . . Which I am so Blessed to have.
Someone whose priorities is God First, who treats me like Christ treats the Church . . . treats me with courtesy and respect even when they know my human vulnerabilities . . . Loves me unconditionally . . . A personality which doesn’t confront or try to control mine but embraces everything about me . . . Has pretty much the same interests . . . Someone who isn’t obstinate, too selfish or combative.
Nate (My Soul Mate) and I always have each other’s well-being and interests at heart . . . With everything reciprocated in turn . . . A Chivalrous relationship which calls us both to a responsibility which Honor and Chivalry entails.
We are blessed.
