John 3:4
“Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
Going Back
Saw a Facebook post this morning which said, “If you ever think you’d like to go back to your youth” . . . Think “Algebra”. 🤔 🙂
We have experienced Algebra and use it without even realizing it . . . But now, more important than Algebra, we, who are privileged to get older, might wish to be physically stronger.
Most people remember the exercise guru, Jack LaLanne. He was asked, “If you had only one exercise that you recommend for a longer and more quality of life, what would it be?”
Actually, he answered with 2 exercise soup beans . . .
Outside: “Walking”
Inside: “Sit in a chair, raise up and sit down several times without holding on, if possible . . . If you need to hold on to something to steady yourself, do it until you are strengthened.”
What does exercise have to do with God’s place in our lives? 1 Corinthians 6:15 “Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? . . .”
