“Julie Ware – MANY BLESSINGS ARE HARD – Isaiah 58:11”
From December 17th, 2022

Rev. Nate and Julie Ware

Isaiah 58:11

“And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.”

“MANY BLESSINGS ARE HARD”

Yes, many Blessings are hard . . . Wait a minute did I say that?. . . BUT when a plan is in place and Blessings are strived for, they multiply.

Neither Nate nor I like to shop, not even grocery shopping. We do it anyway then realize how our efforts bring many Blessings, and explode with multiple Blessings. First of all . . . “We get to” . . . And are able to . . . But then there’s all the things we didn’t have to do to get all these Blessings:
We didn’t have to get up at 2:00 a.m. and milk the cow, bake the bread, lay the eggs and you can name many others . . . Then we are fed and fortified because we and “others” went the distance. Look how many Blessings are multiplied.

Just “Yesterday” brought many other blessings as Chris, my acupressurist worked on me as he pressed a muscle I never knew I had, he said, “Okay, you can yell now” as it almost bounced me off the massage table. It was worth the pain to get the Blessing, letting the muscles know that we knew they were there. They had been tackled and they weren’t going to mess with me anymore. Well, it’s not that easy. Blessings sometimes take a while.

Our Christmas Blessings . . . the Blessings of Mary and Joseph . . . “The Blessings” which were multiplied to Bless the world . . . “THEY DID NOT COME EASY”, but were “necessary” so we could have Life and have it more abundantly.

Isaiah 58:11 “And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.”

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
