When I saw the weather report – 68 degrees and falling throughout the day, I thought I will go outside and breathe deep breaths, clear my lungs and refresh myself and maybe there will be a brilliant sunrise before the rain to share with you . . .
What is really on my mind is Christ’s redeeming adventure to show His love for us, His people. We are all sinners . . . And even when we make a mistake or slip up, even though there is forgiveness . . . There is still consequences for our actions.
The devil makes a hay day by bringing up our faults, mistakes, and even our failed good intentions . . . And will proceed to make us as miserable as possible and try to convince us that there is no foregiveness, no redemption and no hope.
Fighting his bag of tricks that we can be plagued with is a hot mess and a super struggle.
Keeping our consciousness in constant communication and commitment to the Lord brings beautiful peace and a constant reminder that He is the Lord and we are His. Even through the consequences of our missteps. He is faithful and far out ranks the Devil.
We as humans are called and mandated to bond responsibly to the Lord.
He knows our imperfections; however, His Love, Grace and Mercy for us has no bounds.
Satan will bound you; God will not! Freedom rests in being God’s Child “and” us holding on to a His anchor, even as the Satan, the author of Confusion pulls and tugs at us.
When we thirst and seek after God, He has the cleansing water that can flow through us.
The devil can still play havoc in this world of sin . . . But we can refuse to be moved from the protection of God, who reigns over the world and is the ultimate power in our transformation.
Romans 8:31 King James Version (KJV)
“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?”
God is the author of spiritual success, and according to His Word . . . We must be loyal to Him, responsible to Him, committed and Believe in His POWER to heal us from this world from sin. “We are free from sin’s shackles because we are His!”
