Seek the Lord’s Guidance In All Things
Verse 4: “I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.” And Verse 10: “The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.”

Cry Out To Almighty God
Verse 6: “This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.”

Draw Close and Be In Awe of God’s Presence
Verse 7: “The angel of the Lord campeth round about them that fear him, and delivered them.” And Verse 9: “O fear the Lord, ye saints, for there is no want to them that fear him.”

Remain Separate From the World’s Evils
Verse 14: “Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.”

Cultivate a Humble and Contrite Heart
Verse 18: “The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken beart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.”
