Is it well with your Soul? . . . One of our friends used to ask. There’s a big difference in physical, mindful and soulful spiritual wellness. But helps greatly and give us more strength . . . when they are working together as a team.
However, God wants our Soul to be “preparing and well” to receive the prepared spiritual health He has for us . . . The place where He lives and loves in our hearts . . . and lives very well, even in physical difficulties or distress.
Sometimes, it depends on what we are seeing or looking at . . . Are we keeping our eyes on the Lord or are we letting our minds be discouraged and disrupted by physical or a mind full of everyday distractions.
The song, “It Is Well with My Soul” was written by by Horatio Spafford in his darkest hours and under much duress and distress . . . But yet, he was determined to get, and stay in touch with God’s Love, Strength, God’s Guidance and the Power of God living in his soul . . . to know absolutely, it was/is well with his soul as he pronounced . . .
