~ Proverbs 27:1 ~
Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.
I believe the Lord has laid this message upon my heart, its simple and very straight to the point. It may even be meant for someone reading at this very moment. I don’t know, But God certainly does, and He can very well use His words to touch hearts.
Stop for a moment and consider just how fragile our lives really are. We don’t have the promise of tomorrow. The Bible clearly states this very fact in the book of James.
~ James 4:13-15 ~
Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business, and make a profit.” You do not even know what will happen tomorrow! What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If the Lord is willing, we will live and do this or that.”
The older that I get, the more I have come to the realization that life is moving very fast and it is Oh, so very precious! Make the time to tell loved ones that you do indeed love them above all. Forgive others who have sinned against you, and don’t be found guilty of holding onto things in the past; forgive. Love one another and Live for God’s glory.
~1 Peter 4:7-9 ~
The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear-minded and sober, so you can pray. Above all, love one another deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Show hospitality to one another without complaining.
“I love you all and I’m counting on that love to cover the multitude of my sins. Good Night. God willing I’ll post again tomorrow…”
